			<description><![CDATA[Fijiâ€™s interim regime has again failed to name a new president as it had announced earlier this month.   The interim cabinet was to make a decision yesterday but put off naming a successor to Ratu Josefa Iloilo who resigned last month.   The interim cabinet has declined to say who it plans to choose for the position, and it has not moved to quell speculation that the military commander, Commodore Frank Bainimarama, may again assume the role of head of state as he did for several weeks after the ]]></description>
