After the reisgnation of the entire court of appeal after 5/12 the illegal goverment has now appointed its own appeals court judges. The new panel include: Justices Nazhat Shameem, Jocelyn Scutt, John Byrnes, Daniel Gounder, Davendra Pathik and Isikeli Mataitoga, a former diplomat and CEO of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
