While the illegal government tried to allow the public forum with Qarase et.al to go ahead, it just could not face the criticism. There was a heavy police presence to intimidate with the excuse they were there to prevent inciteful comments. When their intimidation failed, it was back to their typical gutter and thuggery techniques.
