A very well written article written by Shailendra Raju in todays Fiji Times: ON the face of it, there is nothing wrong with the idea of a people?s charter and a national council for building a better Fiji. I must say though that I prefer a people?s version of the Constitution, written and explained in terms that will inspire, educate and inform citizens and create a sense of shared nationhood.
