Another good letter from Tui Savu published here in regards to our crumbling and shaky administration. What a joke this reshuffle is! Cabinet reshuffle Sir, COMMODORE Frank Bainimarama?s reason for his Cabinet reshuffle lacks merit and substance, and is doomed to fail.
