New Zealand millionaire businessman Ballu Khan was yesterday granted bail in a special hearing in the Suva magistrates court in Fiji. Police allege Mr Khan is a key figure in the alleged plot to assassinate Fiji coup leader Commodore Frank Bainimarama last year.
