8 January 2008 A hearing to decide whether to free a New Zealand businessman held in Fiji over a plot to kill Frank Bainimarama has been adjourned until Thursday. Ballu Khan was badly beaten during his November 3rd arrest and is still recovering in a Suva hospital.
