Rowena Akana is a "trustee at-large" for the Hawaii state government's Office of Hawaiian Affairs (OHA). OHA is a state agency that has a nasty habit of indulging in personal attacks against citizens who oppose OHA's agenda of racial supremacy and separatism. A few years ago OHA published a smear piece directed at the Grassroot Institute of Hawaii a small, free-market think tank. In the latest issue, November 2007, of OHA's monthly (tax founded?) tabloid "Ka Wai Ola" Akana provides us with this
