Today, we step outside this journal's usual territory to visit North Carolina, where former House speaker Jim Black has been sentenced to 63 months in prison for accepting bribes.[1] The crime to which he pled guilty, and for which he was nominally sentenced, involved his receipt of $29, Posted in The Head Heeb (  340 links from 184 sites)
