June 22 (Bloomberg) -- Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama, the leader of Fiji's Dec. 5 coup, asked New Zealand to refrain from penalizing his regime, as the government in Wellington considers toughening sanctions imposed after its top diplomat was expelled.
