Judgment resumes after bomb threat 09/10/2008 Acting Chief Justice Anthony Gates has resumed reading the High Court ruling on the case brought by deposed Prime Minister Laisenia Qarase on the legality of the 2006 takeover. The ruling was adjourned for a short period after a bomb threat. Our reporters at the scene say a policeman brought a note to acting Chief Justice Anthony Gates while he was reading the judgment.
