The pay-out order form that found its way to Fiji Times and Fiji TV yesterday is a huge blow to Frank?s purported clean-up coup. It?s another damning public evidence that the guy?s clean-up campaign is really meant to clean-out Fiji?s national kitty for himself and his supporters. Frank freaked when anti-coup bloggers exposed his secret awhile back. He was also reported to have uttered vulgar swear words and death threats to local journalists who trailed him to get his side of the story. R
