A New Zealand man charged with plotting to kill Fiji's coup leader had his bail conditions relaxed on Friday, allowing him to meet with his co-accused. Ballu Khan, who has been charged with three counts of conspiracy to kill some leaders in Fiji's military government, was granted new bail conditions in the South Pacific nation's High Court. Fiji has been ruled by self-appointed prime minister Commodore Frank Bainimarama and his interim government since a bloodless coup in December 2006. Mr Khan
