Aug. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Fiji's coup leader Commodore Voreqe Bainimarama announced he will boycott tomorrow's Pacific Islands Forum on the island of Niue, where Australia, New Zealand and other leaders intended to press him to restore democracy.
