Well, what?do you know? The Fiji military has once again instituted a state of emergency here in Fiji. Of course the only reason I know is because I watched the news on Friday ? it hasn?t even caused a ripple over here in sleepy little Levuka. It?s not a new coup ? the old one is still in force
